I just heard this quote for the first time. It appears to be attributed to Daniel Webster and although I don't know who he was, I think it's one of the most beautiful and true things ever said. And, looking at my life right now, I consider myself the wealthiest person in the world.

... of Pif, the best dog in the world, the best and most loyal friend on four paws (and much better than most on two). Pif passed away after 15 years of dogie life. I hope he had a good life. I know I loved him more than it's possible to imagine and his death devestated me...
